Vnesys points recognize eligible activity across the platform. Depending on your account status, location, and the current rewards program, points may unlock in-app benefits, community rewards, special promotions, selected creator opportunities, or other features announced by Vnesys. Points are not guaranteed to have a cash value, and available rewards may change over time.

Vnesys points are in-app reward points. They are not cash, cryptocurrency, a bank balance, or an investment product. Points do not represent guaranteed income or a fixed monetary value. Any available reward, redemption option, or program benefit is subject to eligibility and the current Vnesys Rewards Program Rules.

Vnesys points expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity. Your account is considered active when you sign in and complete an eligible activity. We may send a reminder before points expire where required or reasonably possible. Point expiry rules may change in accordance with the Vnesys Rewards Program Rules.

Not necessarily. Reward availability, redemption options, and creator-program access may vary by country, local regulations, age requirements, account status, and payment-provider availability. You can check which rewards are available for your account in the Vnesys app. Vnesys may add, change, or restrict rewards in certain locations where required by law or operational requirements.

Some activities have daily limits to keep the rewards program fair, sustainable, and resistant to spam. Limits may apply to eligible video watch time, podcast listening, likes, shares, daily check-ins, referrals, and other activities. The current limits and available point opportunities are shown in the Vnesys app and may change as the program develops.

Vnesys does not allow bots, automated viewing, artificial engagement, multiple accounts, fake referrals, VPN or proxy abuse, attempts to bypass activity limits, or any other fraudulent activity. If we detect suspicious activity, we may remove points, void rewards, limit participation, suspend or close the account, and take other action under the Vnesys Terms, Community Guidelines, and Rewards Program Rules.

No. Replaying the same video or podcast episode repeatedly does not generate unlimited points. Eligible content may only qualify once per account within a defined period, and points may require genuine viewing or listening activity. Repeated, automated, background, or otherwise inauthentic activity may not qualify for points.
