Data Retention

- Account deletion — When you request deletion via our Delete My Account page, your personal data is erased immediately from our active systems, except where we are required to retain certain records for a longer period to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
- Security & fraud-prevention logs — Retained for a limited period necessary to detect and investigate abuse.
International Data Transfers
Vnesys uses service providers located outside the European Union / European Economic Area, including for cloud hosting, analytics, payments, and email delivery. Child Safety Standards
Although Vnesys is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and over, we recognize our responsibility to prevent, detect, and respond to any form of content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children ("CSAE/CSAM"). We fully support global efforts to protect children online and comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards.
- Prohibited content — We do not allow any content that depicts, involves, or appears to involve minors in sexual, nude or sexually suggestive contexts. This includes real, edited, or generated images or videos, as well as drawings or animations that sexualize minors or persons who appear underage.
- Grooming and harmful behavior — We prohibit any attempt to groom, solicit, or otherwise target minors for sexual purposes, including through messages, comments, or other interactive features.
- Reporting mechanisms — Users can report content, channels, or behaviors they believe may involve child endangerment or CSAE directly from within the app using our "Report" tools. All reports are reviewed and may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
- Escalation to authorities — Where required by applicable law, Vnesys will report detected CSAE/CSAM content and related information to the appropriate regional or national authorities or hotlines.
- Enforcement — Any account found to share, promote, or attempt to distribute CSAE/CSAM, or to groom or exploit minors, will be permanently banned from the platform and may be reported to law enforcement.
Copyright Policy & DMCA Compliance
Vnesys respects the intellectual property rights of creators and copyright holders and is committed to complying with applicable copyright laws worldwide, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in the United States and other relevant copyright frameworks.
Users may only upload content that they own or that they have the legal rights, licenses, or permissions to use. Uploading or distributing copyrighted material without authorization or legal justification is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, music, videos, films, television content, audio recordings, images, and other protected works.
Depending on the applicable law, certain limited exceptions such as fair use, fair dealing, quotation rights, or other statutory exceptions may apply in specific circumstances. However, users remain solely responsible for ensuring that their content complies with all applicable laws and rights clearance requirements.

Vnesys provides a reporting system that allows users, rights holders, and authorized representatives to report content that may infringe copyright. All reported content will be reviewed, and appropriate action may be taken based on our policies and applicable law.
If a video is determined to violate copyright laws or platform policies, we may:
Remove or disable access to the infringing content at any time
Issue a warning or copyright strike to the responsible account
Temporarily restrict certain platform features, including LIVE streaming access
Suspend monetization privileges for the channel involved
Vnesys maintains a strict policy for repeat copyright violations. Accounts that repeatedly upload or distribute infringing content may face additional enforcement actions, including:
Permanent removal of content
Permanent suspension or termination of the account
Loss of eligibility for monetization on the platform
Restrictions on creating new accounts or using related services
By uploading content to Vnesys, users confirm that they have all necessary legal rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to publish the content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Vnesys does not tolerate copyright infringement and reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect the rights of creators, copyright holders, and other rights owners.
By uploading a video to Vnesys, you CONFIRM THAT YOU OWN THE CONTENT or that you have FULL LEGAL RIGHTS AND PERMISSION to publish it.
Uploading COPYRIGHTED MUSIC, MOVIES, TV CONTENT, or any other PROTECTED MATERIAL WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION may result in:
Immediate video removal
Loss of monetization
Account suspension
Permanent account termination
Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may also be permanently banned from the platform.
